Joining Connection Crew
We’re always on the look-out for amazing crew members. In fact, we’re looking for the best. So, if you’re an industrious, intelligent and skilled team player with experience in events and you would like to work for an ethical, forward-thinking company, then you needn’t look any further.
Working with Connection Crew is a great opportunity to develop yourself in a professional environment with a real sense of camaraderie. A sense of solidarity within the company is evident at all levels. Our clients consistently comment on how this sets us apart from other crewing companies and how the joy shared by our crew whilst on site translates into the work they do. We pride ourselves on working beyond best practice and always exceed expectations.
We are looking for crew with experience in lighting, AV and sound engineering; although this is not essential and we do offer training in these fields.
If this sounds like a good fit for you and you think you’re up to it, please complete the application form below. If your application is successful, we will invite you for an interview. If your interview is a success, we will induct you and train you to our exacting standards whilst introducing you to the Connection Crew ethos.
After this, you’ll be good to go: Starting as a trainee under the guidance of our more experienced crew members, you’ll work on site, enjoying the responsibilities of a general crew member, whilst always having someone to guide you and answer your questions. When we feel you’re ready, you’ll lose the trainee moniker to become a general crew member - with the potential to eventually become an elite crew member. Our Elite team are regularly put forward for the position of crew chief and are amongst the most highly respected people in the industry.
